Are your hats water-resistant?
All hats in our Aqua Collection are crafted with water-repellent materials, making them perfect for water-related activities. However, they are not fully waterproof.

How do I clean my hat?
To clean your hat, we suggest spot-cleaning with a damp, white cloth and a small amount of mild soap. Gently dab the stained area, working from the edges toward the center to avoid spreading the stain.

How durable and flexible are the silicone/rubber patches?
Our patent pending silicone/rubber patches are designed to be both highly durable and flexible. They are made to withstand daily wear and maintain their shape over time without cracking or losing their form. While the patches are tough, it’s best to handle them with care to maintain their integrity.

Will the silicone/rubber patches discolor from sun exposure?
All patches are engineered to resist fading and discoloration, even when exposed to sunlight. With proper care, they should retain their original appearance without significant fading over time.

How do I properly install the silicone patch into the frame?
To install the silicone patch into the silicone frame on your hat, use your fingers gently to position the patch. It won’t break, but please handle it with care to avoid any accidental damage. Once the patch is in place, the silicone frame will hold it securely. Always be cautious during placement to ensure a proper fit.
