Do You Offer International Shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.

How Do You Ship My Order?
We offer a variety of reliable shipping carriers to ensure you have the flexibility and convenience you need. Your order will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL, depending on the shipping option you choose during checkout.

Please note:

  • P.O. Box Addresses: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you provide a P.O. Box as your shipping address, your order will be delayed until we can verify a valid physical address.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $150
Enjoy free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $150! Once your payment is confirmed, we will process and ship your order from our Miami, FL warehouse, typically within one business day.

Holiday Shipping Deadlines
To ensure your order arrives in time for the holidays, we recommend placing your order as early as possible. Below are our suggested shipping deadlines for the holiday season:

  • Standard Shipping: Order by 9:00 AM EST on Thursday, December 12th
  • Expedited Shipping: Order by 9:00 AM EST on Thursday, December 19th
  • Express Shipping: Order by 9:00 AM EST on Friday, December 20th

We strongly encourage early shopping to avoid delays, as we cannot guarantee on-time delivery for orders placed after these dates during peak season.

When Will My Order Ship?
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will provide an estimated delivery date at checkout. Shipping times can vary by carrier and service level. Here’s a breakdown of typical delivery times for each shipping method:

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can track your package.

Where Do You Ship From?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse located in Miami, FL.

What Days Do You Deliver?
Delivery days and times vary depending on the carrier. Here's an overview of their delivery schedules:

  • FedEx: Monday through Saturday, between 9 AM and 8 PM
  • UPS: Monday through Friday, between 9 AM and 7 PM (Saturday delivery available for select services)
  • USPS: Monday through Saturday, typically between 9 AM and 5 PM
  • DHL: Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 6 PM

Please note that shipments are only picked up by carriers on weekdays (Monday to Friday), and delivery times can vary depending on the carrier and shipping method.
