Returns & Exchanges Policy

How can I return or exchange my purchase?

We want to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible for you. Here’s how to return or exchange your items:

  1. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.
  2. Simply print the label, pack the items securely, and ship them back to us.

To begin the return or exchange process, you’ll need your order number, which can be found in any of the following locations:

  • Your account page
  • Your order confirmation email
  • Your shipping confirmation email (look for the order number listed after “Order #”)

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer free returns and exchanges within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in new condition
  • Returned with all original packaging and tags intact

You can choose from the following options:

  • Exchange for a different size or color
  • Return for a refund

How long will it take to process my refund or exchange?

Once your return is received and processed:

  • If you're receiving a refund, we’ll credit the original payment method.
  • If you choose an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement items as soon as possible.
  • If you select an eGift Card as a return option, it will be emailed to you.

You’ll get an email notification once your return or exchange has been fully processed. Refunds typically take a few business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
